Faktanya, Susu Tak Bikin Gemuk

Seringkali terdengar di telinga kita bahwa susu dapat membuat tubuh menjadi berisi alias gemuk. Dampaknya, opini tersebut menggiring mereka yang memiliki berat badan yang kurang [kurus] untuk meminum susu. Sebaliknya mereka yang ingin menjaga berat tubuhnya justru menghindari susu. ternyata pendapat itu tidak benar, faktanya Susu tidak membuat tubuh menjadi Gemuk. Kecuali susu yang memang ditujukan untuk membuat badan lebih berisi.
